While I’m never a fan of randomly creating some “new” scale that no one’s ever heard of before…

I need to call this idea something, so I call it the Pentatonic 6 sound (or scale, if you want.)

Simply put, you’re going to replace one note of your Pentatonic Minor or Blues scale, with the note 1 fret away. When you do that, a lot of cool things happen!
